A different kind of roof for hail country.

Euroshield is Canadian-made rubber roofing made with recycled tire rubber, with shake- and slate-inspired profiles.

Impact resistance built into the material

Rubber roofing is a serious option when hail performance is high on your list. Compare the specific product and its coverage, not just the brand name.

A distinctive shake or slate look

The deeper profiles give the roof a different texture from conventional asphalt shingles. We can help compare colours against your siding and trim.

Recycled rubber, made in Canada

Euroshield puts recycled tire rubber into a long-service roof product rather than treating it as waste.

Euroshield questions.

What is Euroshield roofing made from?

Euroshield makes rubber roofing in Calgary using recycled tire rubber. Its slate and shake-style profiles offer a different look and feel from asphalt shingles. We can help you compare the available profiles and colours.

Why consider it for a Calgary home?

Impact resistance is a major reason homeowners consider Euroshield. It is also an option when you want a shake or slate-style appearance without using those traditional materials. We can compare it with suitable asphalt choices for your roof.

Is every Euroshield product covered the same way for hail?

No. Coverage depends on the product. The standard range and Vermont Slate HP have different hail provisions. The warranty comparison on this page explains those differences; we confirm the selected product and written terms before you order.

Does hail-resistant mean the roof can never be damaged?

No roof system should be treated as immune to every storm. The covering, vents, flashing and other details can perform differently. Specific hail coverage comes from the manufacturer’s written warranty, not a general promise about the entire roof.

Can it replace my existing cedar or asphalt roof?

We can assess that option. We review the roof slope, decking, details and the installation requirements for the chosen product. The old roof’s material alone does not tell us everything needed to quote the replacement.

How does the price compare with asphalt?

Euroshield is a premium roofing option and generally needs a larger initial budget. We provide a roof-specific comparison so you can weigh the appearance, material and warranty coverage against a suitable asphalt system.

Who handles the warranty registration?

We help with the applicable registration and completion paperwork. Euroshield requires new installation registration within 90 days of completion. Keep the resulting warranty certificate with your roofing records.
