Who this is for
- A recent storm crossed your neighbourhood
- Damage is not obvious from the driveway
- Your insurer has requested damage or repair documentation
- Roof, siding or exterior damage may involve more than one trade
Know what the storm left behind.
A cracked vent or punctured siding can be easy to miss from the ground. We inspect the roof and exterior, then show you what we find.
See the damage clearly
Inspection photos help you understand where the roof or exterior has been affected, without guessing from the driveway.
Repair the right areas
We explain what needs attention, whether a repair is practical and where a larger replacement may be needed.
Keep the exterior work together
Roofing, siding, gutters, fascia and soffit can be included in one coordinated repair scope.
Support through the repairs—and after
Photos and a written scope
You receive documented findings and a clear description of the proposed work for your claim discussions.
Completion paperwork
After the work, we provide a completion letter for your insurance records and applicable warranty documentation.
Someone to call afterwards
We remain available for questions about the completed work. Your insurer determines coverage; we handle the construction.
Free roof check.
If hail crossed your area, start with a free roof check. We will tell you whether we see a reason to take the next step.
After a storm.
Can my roof have hail damage even if it is not leaking?
Yes. A roof can have storm damage without an immediate leak. We check the shingles and roof details, and look for damage to vents, gutters and siding too. Photographs help show what is happening above the ground.
What should I do first after a hailstorm?
Stay off the roof. From a safe place, photograph visible damage and note the storm date. If water is entering, contact us about the immediate roof concern and notify your insurer promptly. Keep records of damage and any emergency work.
Can you tell hail damage apart from an aging roof?
We inspect the type and pattern of damage rather than assume every mark is hail. Old wear, impact damage and installation problems can look different up close. We document the findings and explain where the cause is uncertain.
What help do you provide with an insurance claim?
We provide inspection photos, a written repair scope and information about the work needed. We help clarify roof and exterior items in the scope, then provide completion documentation after the agreed repairs. Your insurer decides coverage under your policy.
Does a damaged vent mean the whole roof needs replacing?
Not necessarily. A broken vent may need a focused repair, but it is also a reason to inspect the shingles and other exposed parts of the roof. We recommend the scope supported by the condition we find.
Can one visit cover damaged siding and gutters as well?
Yes. Let us know about all the damage you have noticed when booking. We handle roofing, siding, gutters, fascia and soffit, so the inspection can look beyond the shingles.
What happens after the repair is complete?
We review the finished work, complete cleanup and provide the completion letter and applicable paperwork for your insurance file. If you have a question afterwards, contact us—we remain available after the installation.
